Do you accept returns?

No, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. However, we offer free exchanges for size-related issues.

How does the exchange process work?

If you need to exchange a product due to size issues, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at 01214359131 (Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM) or email us at khadivastraudyog@gmail.com.

  2. Ship the product back to us at your own cost. Ensure the product is in its original condition, unused, and includes all packaging and tags.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will dispatch the same product in the requested size and color free of charge.

What if the product is damaged?

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately at 01214359131 or khadivastraudyog@gmail.com. We will investigate the issue thoroughly. Upon confirmation, we will send a replacement product with the same size and color at no additional cost.

Can I exchange for a different product or color?

No, exchanges are strictly limited to the same product in a different size. Color and product changes are not permitted.

Who bears the shipping cost for the exchange?

You are responsible for the shipping cost to send the product back to us. We will bear the cost of dispatching the exchanged product to you.
