Exchange Policy – Khadi Vastra Udyog

At Khadi Vastra Udyog, we strive to deliver the best quality products to our customers. While we do not accept returns, we do offer an exchange facility under the following terms:

📦 Exchange Policy:

  • Customers can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • Exchanges are only applicable for size or defective/damaged item concerns.

  • A shipping charge of ₹125 will be applicable for all exchange requests.

  • The product must be:

    • Unused

    • Unwashed

    • In its original packaging with tags intact

🚫 No Returns Policy:

  • We do not accept returns under any circumstances.

  • Refunds are not applicable.
