Exchange Policy – Khadi Vastra Udyog

At Khadi Vastra Udyog, we strive to deliver the best quality products to our customers. While we do not accept returns, we do offer an exchange facility under the following terms:

📦 Exchange Policy:

• Customers can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving the product.
• Exchanges are only applicable for concerns related to size or defective/damaged items
• A shipping charge of ₹125 for 0.5 kg, 250-300 for 1kg will be applicable for all exchange requests.
• The product must be:
  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • In its original packaging with tags intact.

NOTE: Returns and exchanges are not applicable on stock clearance sale items.

Defective or damaged product exchange is applicable only if the customer provides a complete unboxing video as proof.

🚫 No Returns Policy:

• We do not accept returns under any circumstances.

• Refunds are not applicable.
